I have used this service a couple of times and they are great. They are very dependable, friendly and excellent customer service.

I have used the services of JDOG Hauling & clean-up several times over the past five years, here in Keller, TX and in Azle, TX. I always call on them because they represent our military families...plus, they do excellent work. They pre-estimate the job, show up on time, work hard, and the people who come out are personable and professional. I don't know how their prices compare with other companies, but if they're higher I'm glad to pay more as a way to support our Veterans AND our small business communities.

It was easy to schedule a pick up and get all of my questions answered. Everyone was very polite and professional. It was very convenient for us that they were able to get to us when they could and they did a fantastic job on site.

The guys showed up to remove our shed that had caught fire. It was a really big job and it was so hot out that day. They worked tirelessly and were always respectful and pleasant. Shout out to all these guys and the amazing job they did: Augie, Chase, Logan, Chris T., Chris and Jackson.

I had half a garage full of demo’d bathroom from tile and tub to a full room of drywall (yes the Venetian plaster was horrid and too thick to cover). I called at 8:45 Monday morning and they arrived within hours. The guys were very professional and quick. By noon my garage was clean and I was very happy.

I was so pleased with the job that JDog did with cleaning out my father's old office space. There was a lot of furniture that could be donated and the workers carefully culled out the junk from the items that could be donated. They even found some personal items of my deceased father that they pulled out for me to review before packing them up. I highly recommend this company. It is hard to find such careful, hard working and respectful workers these day.

We had a small job scheduled to remove a few unneeded appliances and electronics. The J Dog team was fast, stayed in touch as they got closer to arriving for the pick up, and handled our items with care and kindness. In fact, they were able to arrive an hour early! When we needed a huge trash pickup to help clean out a relative's house, I was prepared for a long, very involved process, with a typical utility/public service, county/city-owned type of entity. I was also prepared to hear the standard phrases: "It will be two weeks before we can get to your project." or "We're just so backed up, it may be a while before we can even get out that way."

None of this applied to JDog. We scheduled a date and time convenient for us, and they showed up promptly on that date and time. They also communicated with me throughout the whole process, regarding their hauling trailers, price, and methods of payment.

Knowing that running a successful business is a very difficult task to do, JDog makes a running a rare service like this seem so simple.

It's a "bitter/sweet" thing. I'm glad companies like JDog still exist, but it's kind of sad when it feels like there's so few of them nowadays.

I was having a fence installed when it was discovered that a corner of an adjoining yard had railroad ties strapped to the metal poles. Augustine answered the phone when I called, and he said he would get there as soon as they could in two days. The dispatched team kept me up to date on their arrival time. They were so considerate of my elderly neighbor, and they offered to move anything he requested. The strapped railroad ties were cut away and hauled off along with some other objects. The price was reasonable and I will call them again for any hauling needs.

I've used JDog three times so far in cleaning up years of clutter in various situations. Most recently Luke, Shawn, and Aiden to my two-car garage that filled to the brim with accumulated holiday decorations, extra furniture, shipping boxes, and more from a nightmare into a clean, usable space. All in less than four hours.

I have my garage back and can park in it. What items I decided to keep are neatly stored of shelving from which they had removed unwanted (and unused) household goods.

I will never try cleaning out a messy area by myself again. JDog just gets it done.

Shawn and Aiden came out today, to remove and haul off a shed roof that caved in during this Winter's big freeze. It was a fair-sized job - 10' x 16' shed with a 12' x 16' "lean-to." They worked their tails off and did a stellar job. I cannot tell you how pleased I am and what a burden this took off of my plate. I've owned a small construction company, and know what good crews are like. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

But, I'd also add in another element - they were professional, courteous, well-spoken and polite to a fault. They policed themselves and held themselves to better standards than I expected from them. That means a ton. These guys make J-Dog look great.

Kelton and Nic came to remove a tree that I cut down in my back yard. Very polite and we had a good laugh. They got the job done extremely quick and left nothing lying around! Thank you very much and I will definitely use JDog Junk in the future.

You know when you start a project thinking its going to go one way, and then about 1/2 way through, you realize it's more than you anticipated? We demolished an outdoor storage shed and surrounding trees, shrubs, to make room for a greenhouse. It was obvious we needed help getting everything taken away. We found JDog on line and called them at around 1:30. By 3:00 they were here. Aaron and Robert took care of everything. It was amazing and such a huge relief. Thank you for your great service.

I made the call at 5:00 on Friday and two wonderful people, Kelton and Justin, came the next day. They removed a very big entertainment piece that a personal friend of ours had made at least 40 years ago. Luckily it was made in two pieces but still both pieces were big, bulky and heavy. They maneuvered the stairs easily and got it loaded quickly. I truly appreciated their help and politeness.

I've been looking at a four car, junk filled garage for twenty years, and feeling helpless about what to do about it. As a senior it was beyond my capabilities to clean out this eclectic collection of old car parts, old appliances, and broken power tools. I've been seeing JDog signs around so I decided to look them up on the web. Their testimonies were impressive. I gave them a call to get an idea of their process. At the end of our conversation, I had an appointment the next morning. Logan and Paul arrived on time got right to work. They did not disappoint. In a matter of a couple of hours my garages were empty and swept.
In addition they hauled off junk from around my yard. Their prices were very reasonable. Next time I have a project that's too big for me, I will definitely give JDog a call.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kelton and Justin from JDog Junk Removal. Being a disabled Veteran there were several heavy items that were accumulating that I couldn’t take care of myself. They showed up on schedule and loaded everything very quickly. I was impressed with their professionalism and service. If I ever need anything like this done in the future, I know where to call.

Had a fire in our summer kitchen, finally received the ok to clear from the insurance company, but not the go ahead to rebuild. We were sick to death of looking at the debris, burned out grill, refrigerator, gutters, tile, framing, ashes and roofing material all over the ground. Called in JDog. Logan and Robert were here the next day, gave us a very fair estimate and got to work. DONE! Including sweeping up after themselves. EXCELLENT, Five-Star!

We had a refrigerator go out while we were on a 16 day vacation. Nice surprise when we returned. However, we called JDog and the next day, Brandon and Parker picked up the smelly refrigerator and removed from our home.

I called to have a hot tub removed and they were kind enough to work around my schedule without question. They were extremely polite and professional. After hot tub was removed they cleaned up any debris that was generated and left the area nice and clean.

We got a flyer on our door for JDog. And we were in the middle of demoing our master bathroom and needed some help removing our old cabinets and jetted tub. So, we called on a Friday after 5:30 in the evening. Our call was answered with a real, live person. He was extremely knowledgable and told us what size trailer we needed over the phone. He followed through and met us on Saturday to take a look at our removal items to verify the trailer space we needed. And he was right. We scheduled our pickup for the following Monday. The entire crew was extremely respectful of our home. It was such a good experience... better than most contractors we've had in to improve our home. So happy to have found JDog. And we're thankful to them and for all the veterans who served this wonderful country we live in. Thank you! We will recommend and will use again if we need anything hauled away.

These people were fantastic! We needed something a little out of the ordinary hauled off and they made it happen. There was no "oh, we don't do that!" And, because of the weather, they had to cancel several times but they called and kept us updated on when they could possibly be out. They didn't just blow it off in spite of several obstacles. And, everyone that we talked to and met were so friendly. It's so refreshing to have someone that you can depend on to do what they said that they would do. So hard to find these days.
